Went on a bike ride with my Jaden this afternoon! He wanted to stop and walk in the Cemetery so I said Ok. While I bent down to tie my shoe he walked away.... When I looked up he was blowing each individual grave marker a kiss and saying "Jesus peace." I was so touched!!!!! He read their names out loud and wanted to know how old each person was that passed. He asked if his grandma Young was there? I told him as an angel she could be there, but that she was buried in California. Then he read Ps139 that was on one of the markers and declared it was now his favorite verse because of "what it means about me." I almost had to cry it was so precious. Then he asked if we could sit down for just a minute. After we sat for a bit, we got back on our bikes for home. He said "Mom, I want you to know that I love that place!" I asked him to explain what he like so much about the Cemetery? His answer, "I love that no one is shouting at anyone, it is peace there mom and you can hear the birds singing too." Then he made sure to add, "next time we are on a bike ride, I want to make sure we stop there and pray for everyone who died." "I want them to know that I love them there." OK, so that time I did cry:) I love my Jaden!
